Reunion 2007 - Williams, Arizona

The Hjalmarson-Flood-Baldwinson reunion was held at the Mountain Ranch Resort near Williams, Arizona on June 22-24, 2007. This was the 15th biannual reunion and the highest attendance ever - 53 people ranging in age from 75 (Larry the elder) to 10 months (Savanna) and 11 months (Isabelle). People traveled from the farthest reaches of the country - George and Jo Vaughan from North Carolina and Margret from Virginia.

A huge thanks to Mike and Theresa for organizing the reunion. They picked a great location with lots of outdoor activities for young and old. There were horseback rides, swimming, volleyball, horseshoes, tennis and a wild scavenger hunt won by Halldor and family. No one else realized you could find so many Tee Pees in a grocery store.

We had a great barbecue followed by a slide show, singing and story telling by our senior member, Larry the elder. We remembered three family members who passed since the last reunion - Mary Flood, Perky Beals and Rene Jones.

A number of locations were suggested for the next reunion. Please post the suggestions to this blog. Mike Baldwinson and Joel may sort out where we might go.
